Chapter 3: Manager View

In general, Praises are public as they are recognitions of the employees for their work or achievement over time and these recognitions would get the most from their management such as the department head, reporting manager, or some other level 2 manager in some cases. 

Similarly, the feedback of an employee can also be given by those peers who closely work with them. Praise received so far from their team members will be shown under activity for the selected date range.
